How long until we ship your order?
-Orders are normally processed and given to UPS within 1-2 business days of receiving your order
(except weekends and major holidays).
For example:
You place your order on Tuesday, choosing 3 Day Select ship method. We would give your order to
UPS Weds. afternoon when they pick up here. So 3 full days in transit would put your order to you the
following Monday.
This is if there are no major holidays in between. UPS does not pick up on weekends or major
holidays.
We fill and pack every order fresh, for optimum fragrance. We do not pre-pack and store products on a
shelf in a warehouse like most companies do. Lavender should just not be done like that. Quantities are
limited to stock on hand. If you have a larger than normal order, we will do our very best to fill it.
However there may be a delay if we are out of stock. We will contact you immediately if that is the case.
Do you offer Express shipping?
We offer UPS 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air every day Monday through Friday. But we still need 1-2
days to fill and process your order before shipping.) We are unable to ship Overnight Air at this time
because there isn't that option available to us in our location at this time. Our UPS drivers don't get out
to us until the evening, missing the Overnight AIR transfer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What are the other ship methods available?
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are normally sent Air. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska and would like us
to ship via US Postal Service, please contact us in advance.
For shipments to APO: we will send them through the US Postal Service and charge you exactly what
we are charged for shipping by the post office.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Shipments to Canada and other countries outside of the United States are sent United States
Postal Service Global Priority/Express, averaging delivery within 5-10 business days. US Global
Priority shipping charges displayed on your order form at check-out are estimated. Correct shipping
charges are determined later based on your actual international shipping zone. Often they are less, and
we recommend that you contact us to get a more accurate international shipping rate.
Please note that we are not able to ship some liquids internationally, and we are not responsible for
customs taxes and duties imposed by your country.

Shipping rates are determined by your order's weight and shipping destination. We also pass on our daily UPS Ground shipping discount directly to you. These special rates are given to you at check out. We do not charge "Handling" or "Processing" fees. We think these kinds of charges are ridiculous. With the cost of gas and driving these days, you will find our discounted Ground shipping rates to be fair.
